Parents,
Thank you for donating your time to serve as your Team's Team Parent this spring season.
Following is a short list of useful information. Please let us know at any time if you need more. See the "Contact Information" link below for contact information for Judy Bricker, Lisa Pahl, Tracy Engel, and Teresa O'Leary.
1) See the link "Basket Fundraiser" for instructions on gathering and submitting items for your team's theme basket. Remember that all teams' baskets must be turned into Tracy Engel or Teresa O'Leary by March 4th. Please beat this date to avoid a last minute jam at the basket shop!
2) See the link "Raffle Tickets" for instructions on handling of raffle tickets. Make sure parents have these instructions. Parents may submit these tickets to you, and they must be returned with completed forms to Lisa Pahl by March 6th, AT THE LATEST. Again, please encourage your parents to beat this date to avoid the last minute crowds.
3) See the link "Team Banner Information" for some possible sources for your team's banner. Remember to get your orders in early to make sure to have it for the Opening Day parade.
4) See the link "Uniform Discounts" for information on uniforms. Please coordinate with your coaches on the team's color scheme for pants, belts, socks and undershirts and get your orders in early to get everything by Opening Day.
5) See the link "Opening Day Volunteers" to download the form for volunteers from your team. Please get your team's volunteer information back to Lisa Pahl by March 4th.
6) See the link "Picture Schedule" to find your team's time for team and individual pictures. Make sure to get everyone there at least 15 minutes EARLY to avoid last minute problems. Remind each parent that they need to fill out the form even if they're not ordering extra items.
7) See the link "Scorekeeping Class" to download information on our annual instruction for scorekeepers. Ask your team manager who the scorekeepers will be and make sure they know about the class. All are welcomed to attend.
8) See the link "San Diego Padre Game" to download information on our annual trip to Petco Park for the Padres. This is always a great event and this year the players will get to march on the field prior to the game. Collect money from your parents for tickets, and order tickets together for everyone on Opening Day.
9) See the link "Lake Elsinore Storm Game" to download information on our 1st trip to Lake Elsinore. Those who have been before know this is a sure hit with kids and parents alike. As with our trip to the Padre game, the players will get to march on the field prior to the game. Collect money from your parents for tickets, and order tickets together for everyone on Opening Day.
